Biography : Tina T. Kemala Intan
Director of HR, Governance & Risk Management

She is the Director of HR, Governance & Risk Management of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) since December 22, 2021. Previously served as Director of Human Capital, General Affairs, and IT of PT Angkasa Pura II (2017-2019) then Director of Human Capital & Legal at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (2016-2020) and became the Board of Commissioners of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi (2018-2019), President Commissioner of PT Sinergi Informatika Semen Indonesia (2019-present), and President Commissioner of PT Industri Kantong Semen Gresik (2019-present).
She has experience as a consultant in several Ministries, Government Institutions, Banks, BUMN, and a consultant for private sectors (2012-2017). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Padjadjaran University in 1985.
